Introduction
This five-day course teaches how to identify, prioritise and plan workforce learning that links to measurable business outcomes. Participants practice proven methods for data collection, stakeholder interviews and gap analysis. The focus is on producing usable outputs: needs assessments, competency maps and a deliverable training plan.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
